Day 01 Arrive Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, the capital city of India. After completing formalities with customs and immigration, you will be received by our representative with Traditional Indian Welcome (with garlands).

Delhi is the capital of India since old times. Delhi's history dates back to the first millenium BC, when it was known as Indraprastha. The Tomar Rajputs built Lal Kot, the core of the first of Delhi's seven cities. It is the epicenter of the nation's politics, economy and culture. History is alive and throbbing in Delhi, the capital of India.

Afterwards transfer to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 02 In Delhi.

After breakfast you embark on your sightseeing trip of Delhi City which would include the visit to Old Delhi.

Old Delhi : An ancient walled city. First you will visit the two monuments from the Delhi’s past Humayun’s Tomb and Qutab Minar. Then your drive takes you along the ceremonial avenue, Rajpath, past the Imposing India Gate and Parliament House.

After completing the sightseeing return back to the Hotel for Overnight.

Day 03 In Delhi.

First you will visit the two monuments from the Delhi’s past Humayun’s Tomb and Qutab Minar. Then your drive takes you along the ceremonial avenue, Rajpath, past the Imposing India Gate and Parliament House.

After completing the sightseeing return back to the Hotel for Overnight.

Day 04 Delhi – Varanasi ( Flight )

Depart by morning flight for Varanasi and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon excursion to Sarnath where the Buddha gave his first discourse over 2,500 years ago. See the remains of ancient shrines and monasteries and visit the Archaeological Museum containing impressive antiquities excavated in the region. Then visit the Ganges riverbank at Varanasi to see spellbinding evening ceremonies.

Day 05 Varanasi – Khajuraho ( Flight )

At dawn, a boat ride on the Ganges in this timeless spiritual center. Sunrise is a sacred hour for Hindus; from the boat see the dramatic view of spired temples rising upward, and the devout congregating along the riverbank. Depart by afternoon flight for Khajuraho and transfer to Hotel.

Day 06 Khajuraho – Jhansi ( Approx 175 Kms/ 06 Hrs )
Jhansi – Agra ( Express Train )


In the morning visit the temples of Khajuraho. Built 500 years before the discovery of America, they are unrivaled for the exuberant sculptures and carvings that cover every inch of their gigantic facades. Gods, goddesses, dancers, musicians, elephants, horses, camels, heavenly nymphs, and scenes from daily life are depicted in extravagant detail as well as the renowned "erotic" carvings. Khajuraho is a startling combination of profound devotion and sensuality. Depart in the afternoon by surface for Jhansi to connect your train for Agra. On arrival in Agra you are received at the railway station and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07 In Agra

In the morning visit Mughal era monuments, built in the 16th and 17th centuries: the garden-tomb of the Mughal emperor, Akbar, at Sikandra; the gem like mausoleum of Itmad ud Daula and Agra Fort, all exhibiting a wealth of Mughal inlay work in stone. The afternoon is reserved entirely for the incomparable Taj Mahal. White marble, red sandstone, inlay of jasper, agate, lapis lazuli, carnelian, jade and bloodstone combine in delicate design in a massive monument of perfect proportions.

Return to the hotel.

Day 08 Agra - Jaipur Via Fatehpur Sikri ( Surface )
( Approx 270 Kms/ 06 Hours )


Drive today to Jaipur, with a visit en route, to Fatehpur Sikri, built in the 16th century by the Mughal Emperor Akbar as his imperial capital. Abandoned within a few years, it is a city frozen in time. Its huge gateways, palaces, pavilioned courtyards and ornately carved buildings in red sandstone remain almost in a perfect state of preservation. Proceed from here to Jaipur and check in at the Hotel.

Day 09 In Jaipur

Take a morning excursion to the hilltop Amber Fort. Ride like royalty atop a decorated elephant to the palace glittering with mirror and inlay work. In the afternoon, sightseeing of old Jaipur - the rose-pink city built in the 1700s. Visit the City Palace where a maze of enclosures and decorative courtyards enclose an excellent collection of miniature paintings, rare manuscripts, antique carpets and royal costumes; the 18th century Observatory, a collection of surrealistic sculptures which can measure time within the accuracy of two seconds; fanciful Palace of the Winds and the surrounding market where Jaipur's craftsmen turn out jewelry of gold and precious gems, inlay, silver, semi-precious stone ornaments, and tie-dye, mirror embroidery, bangles and much more.

Afternoon sightseeing of this bastioned city of lakes and palaces begins at the City Palace. Rising atop a hill on Lake Pichola, this home of a Maharana is luminous with tile and mirror inlay, mosaics, miniature paintings and courtyard gardens.

Day 11 In Udaipur

The morning is free. Late afternoon, cruise on Lake Pichola and visit romantic Jag Mandir Island.

Day 12 Udaipur - Mumbai – Aurangabad ( Flight )

Depart in the afternoon by air for Aurangabad via Mumbai and transfer to hotel.

Day 13 Auarangabad

An excursion today to Ajanta. Dating from 2nd century B.C. to 6th century A.D., Ajanta's man-made "caves" contain massive sculpture and magnificent wall and ceiling paintings depicting Buddhist legends and the life of the times.

Day 14 Aurangabad – Mumbai ( Flight )

Today drive to Ellora and see its amazing Hindu, Jain and Buddhist shrines carved and sculpted from 6th to 9th century A.D.
